Kendal Community Land Trust has been set up to address the lack of affordable housing in and around Kendal. The Trust’s vision is to create affordable homes that represent the needs and aspirations of the local community in and around Kendal. Their homes will encourage community cohesion, will be innovative in design and construction and will offer low energy living to combat fuel poverty and reduce carbon emissions. As homes will be owned by the CLT, they will ensure they stay affordable for both existing and future generations.

The trust is in it’s infancy so Lil Creative Studio were asked to develop a website that would promote the core purpose of the trust, as well as capture interest and potential investors. The website had to be simple to navigate as a visitor, with the capacity to grow as the scale of the trusts work expands inline with their vision. A series of posters have been developed to introduce the trust to the area and direct people to the website for more information.
