Lil Creative Studio have been working with WEX Global for over six years now. Whilst the focus of the conference stays the same every year – bringing innovations in the water and energy sector together with the companies and utilities that need them – the work we produce changes every year.

The focus this year was very much on working with WEX Global to create and implement a robust marketing plan. This was especially important as WEX Global had been forced to take a break due to the pandemic. It was essential to remind existing clients about the summit, as well as introduce the summit to new and potential attendees. The focus of the website was amended, and a weekly email and social media marketing strategy was developed.

The second focus was to celebrate seeing everyone in person again. The global water and energy sector is a relatively niche group of people within the wider world economy. This is even more prevalent at WEX Global which focuses on fostering business relationships, and creating long lasting networks. Going to WEX Global can be like going to a big family reunion. To make sure the hotel was welcoming we developed a series of backdrops, and branded areas for the attendees to meet and feel at home.
