Designing a more connected future for retired NHS staff
The NHS Retirement Fellowship (NHSRF) is a national charity dedicated to supporting retired NHS and social care staff. With a focus on community, connection, and wellbeing, the Fellowship offers benefits and friendship groups that help members stay active and engaged in life after work.
Lil Creative Studio was commissioned to redesign the NHSRF website as part of a wider digital transformation project. Our goal was to make the site more accessible, user-friendly, and reflective of charity. We worked closely with the NHSRF team to understand the needs of members – many of whom are older or less confident online – ensuring clear navigation, readable content, and an inviting visual style.
This project was a meaningful one for us – supporting a charity that continues the NHS’s tradition of care and compassion to support former NHS staff who dedicated their careers to caring for others.
