Mountains: oblique angles

A collection of written pieces from the Hour of Writes website, a weekly themed writing competition. The book was entered for the Boardman Tasker Award for Mountain Literature.⠀

The brief was to steer clear of the stereotypical images of mountains and create something unique. The client wanted imagery that evoked the feeling of mountainous space, as well as reinforcing that all the pieces were artistic literature.⠀

Following the idea that writing is traditional written in ink, we settled on a series of ink blown mountains created here in the design studio.
