Carer Support South Lakes identifies the needs of unpaid Carers of any age, and provides quality services, support and advocacy to promote their health and wellbeing.

In January 2019 Carer Support South Lakes (CSSL) commissioned Lil Creative Studio to redesign their brand identity and website. Since then I have been working with them on external and internal communications to help; raise the profile of the charity to reach those who needs it, and reach an external audience for fundraising and sponsorship.

Among these projects have been: marketing leaflets to promote the services on offer at CSSL; roller banners to use for fundraising events; a quarterly newsletter to the carers, past and present, who they support; security ID tags for the office.

 

Claire was the perfect fit to rebrand our charity she took time to find out what we were all about. The website is 100% better than our old one. But it wasn’t just the website, Claire produced new marketing material, logo, ID Badges, posters, leaflets, banners. All great quality.

We would recommend Claire as she has an ethical side that made such a difference for our organisation.
